Buyer Beware
Company will not stand by the products they sell. I purchased a whole home water softening/filter system for my home. They pretend they want to help you get it working. Then when they can't help make it work they drop their support only to say it's supposed to be working. Bunch of clowns defrauding hard working people. Stay away

Tried to order a filter, and they were more expensive than buying direct on the manufacturer's website!

First time customer
Received my order in about two weeks due to extremely slow service from carrier DHL. What I ordered which was the Tier 1 brand was shown to be in stock but was substituted without notice to upgraded OEM brand filters. Not what I was expecting but I'm not entirely disappointed.
